YIN YOGA
With slow speed and intentionality, the goal of this grounded yin class is to target the deep connective tissues of the body – the ligaments, joints and deep fascia network. Creating space to quiet the mind and heal, students experience balance in the nervous system with poses practiced on the floor. Through long supported holds, this class can help with flexibility, circulation, muscle recovery and is therapeutic for joints and mobility. The perfect compliment to a yang physical practice and the stresses of life, yin yoga can promote feelings of deep calm. Optional Reiki and energy work available in this class. Props available.
